About the role

Woodside Remote Catering Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Camp Manager/Chef to join our team in Onslow, WA. In this casual role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our remote catering facility, as well as leading the kitchen and catering team to deliver high-quality meals to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the overall management and operations of the remote catering facility
• Planning and preparing nutritious and appealing meals for clients
• Supervising and coordinating the kitchen and catering staff to ensure efficient service
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
• Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Liaising with clients to understand their dietary requirements and preferences
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes

What we're looking for

• Significant experience as a Chef or Camp Manager in the hospitality or catering industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
