About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Infrastructure Technical Lead to join our IT team based onsite in Osborne, SA. In this full time role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, operation, security, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with IT Security, Physical Security, Engineering, and other Transformation teams to develop and execute ASC’s infrastructure and operations strategy. We are seeking someone to take charge and own the operation and sustainment of an entire network. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technically leading and managing IT infrastructure and related services

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design, implementation, and optimisation and operation of IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure seamless integration, operations, and support of infrastructure services.
  • Monitor and optimise infrastructure, including resource utilisation and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Lead the response to infrastructure-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in tools, processes, and practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; industry-recognised certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience with Microsoft domains, virtualisation platforms (VMware), and storage environments, with strong focus on cybersecurity
  • Understand and adhere to compliance obligations
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, informed decision-making, effective self-management, strong technical and report writing skills, excellent presentation and communication abilities, and exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-disciplined team environment.
  • Problem solver with a can-do attitude and a strong appetite for continual improvement.

Eligibility
