For over 25 years, Baker & Co Ingredients have been developing and manufacturing unique flavours and fragrances for the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry. At the core of our technology platform is a knowledge base that allows us to deliver novel ingredients, with a focus on natural sources, and solutions that continually exceed our customer’s expectations. We do this through a number of process such as dry powder blending and liquid blending.

We are seeking two people to join our Wash Bay team. The role involves supporting the production team with the cleaning and sanitising of production equipment as well as general warehouse cleaning tasks.

With an immediate start as a casual, you will quickly transition to a permanent role when you demonstrate your reliability, commitment and attention to detail. Shift hours are 7am to 3pm and 8am to 4pm

A bit about you:

Ideally, you will have worked in a similar environment such as a food production facility or commercial kitchen.

In addition you MUST have:

• Valid unrestricted working rights in Australia for 38 hours per week
• Stable work history with checkable references
• The ability to comply with strict food safety standards
• Stamina and physical fitness
• Be comfortable working in a wet environment, wearing appropriate PPE
