Responsibilities

Masterfully craft and serve a wide range of drinks – from timeless classics to exciting new concoctions.
Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized, ensuring we’re always ready for action.
Get to know our guests and make drink recommendations that are as personalized as their tastes.
Stay ahead of trends and incorporate new ideas into our menu to keep things fresh.
Work with our team to create a seamless and unforgettable experience for our guests.
Manage inventory levels and help us keep the bar running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who’s not just skilled behind the bar but has the personality to match. You’re creative, energetic, and love connecting with people. You take pride in your craft and enjoy having fun while working in a dynamic environment.

3+ years of experience as a bartender or mixologist, with a solid grasp of classic and modern cocktails.
You have extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktails, and you’re excited to share that expertise with others.
You hold a current RSA certificate and adhere to responsible service practices.
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a natural flair for hospitality.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
