**SALARY AND BONUS**

A vacancy exists for a mortgage broker to join an exciting Accounting firm in the Perth. This will be a hybrid role, and clients are still coming in.

The Accounting business is well established (Over 24 years) are more than 3000 clients to service and qualified ready to go clients will be delivered to your desk. The firm willl also be building additional referral channels in partnership with NLG (The Aggregator)

As you will be handling multiple referral channels and so some business development will be required. However we will be giving you the training and introductions to be able to build a sustainable and long term business.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Our ideal loan writer has over 3 years of experience and is currently writing around $2-3mpm in volume. Ideally you are looking to build on your experience and now is the time to prove how good you are. HOWEVER we will consider Bankers transitioning to brokers and those who come from strong sales backgrounds.

You also must be ready to get busy and work hard. This is not for the "lifestyle" broker but for the loan writer who is serious about becoming a top performer in our industry. It is expected you will comfortably be able to write over $5mpm. Admin support is also available when the time is right.

• Settling over $5mpm
• OTE of approx. $150+
