We are seeking a passionate, highly motivated Horticulturist to join our team. If you have experience in gardening and horticulture and are ready to lead a team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant health, manage pests and diseases, and maintain plants, lawns, and irrigation systems through planting, pruning, and fertilizing.
• Lead and mentor a small team to ensure high-quality work and productivity.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with safety standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert advice and maintaining communication.

To Be Successful, You'll Need:

• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
• A reliable work ethic with attention to detail
• Must have Certificate III in Horticulture or 2+ years experience in garden maintenance
• White Card, and all PPE
• Able to drive company car (manual gearbox)
