About Wilderluxe
The first of our Wilderluxe locations is launching in April! Wilderluxe redefines unpretentious luxury by offering elevated nature glamping and experiences creating a perfect fusion of adventure, culture and comfort. From stargazing tents to glamping escapes, with a focus on bare-foot luxe, health and wellbeing with nature-based attractions, Indigenous and food & beverage experience.
The Role
The Guest Services Host is at the heart of an exceptional guest experience - welcoming visitors, attending to their needs, and bringing our signature hospitality to life.With warmth, professionalism, and a detail-orientated approach, the Guest Services Host is responsible for creating unforgettable experiences.This role has potential to be a part of ongoing opportunities across NSW as we expand the offering in more locations.
About You
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Provide exceptional, personalised service from check-in to check-out
- Offer tailored recommendations for bush walks, wildlife encounters, and local experiences
- Host our signature stargazing communal dinner, where afterwards guests gather around the fire pit to connect, share stories, and enjoy a memorable evening under the stars
- Honour Indigenous stories as part of the stargazing experience, fostering a deeper appreciation for the land and its history
- Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to ensure a seamless stay
- Maintain an impeccable level of professionalism and attention to detail
You will bring to the team:
- A friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor
- Experience in luxury hospitality, tourism, or guest services
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Knowledge and passion for the Australian bush and local attractions
- Confidence in hosting and speaking with groups
- Respect for and willingness to share Indigenous stories and cultural elements appropriately
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
