Manufacturing Team Member – Joinery Production

About the Role:

In this varied role, you’ll be involved in multiple aspects of the manufacturing process, including:
✅ Cabinet assembly and fit-off
✅ Training on and operating automated machinery
✅ Packing and loading joinery for delivery
✅ Assisting tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time
✅ General duties across the factory to support production efficiency and quality
✅ Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
✅ Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

About You:

# Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, preferably in joinery, carpentry, or aluminum industries
# A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
# Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
# A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work

# Stable employment history with a good attitude
# Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
# A current driver's license
