About the role

We are seeking a full-time Manufacturing Team Member to join our production team at our facility in Oak Flats, NSW. As a Manufacturing Team Member, you will play a vital role in the assembly and processing of our high-quality products, contributing to the continued success of Austwide Products Pty LTD.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a range of manufacturing tasks, including cutting, marking, fitting, installing, fabric welding, assembling, packing, cleaning and much more.
• Adhering to strict quality control standards and safety protocols
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective production
• Monitoring and reporting on production output and any issues encountered
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, preferably in the transport and logistics industry
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Relevant qualifications or certifications would be an advantage
• Stable employment history with a good attitude.
