Key Responsibilities

Operators:

• Operate construction equipment, including excavators, backhoes, and loaders
• Assist with site preparation, excavation, and backfilling
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects efficiently

Labourers:

• Assist with general construction tasks, including digging, trenching, and site clean-up
• Support operators with groundworks and manual labour tasks
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Follow site safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Work closely with the team to complete projects on time

What We’re Looking For

• Operators must have relevant certifications/tickets for machinery operation (e.g., excavator, loader)
• Previous experience in civil construction or general labouring (preferred but not essential)
• Strong understanding of site safety and environmental standards
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Must have own transport and be reliable
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
