About the Role

As a Crew Leader at BG Framing, you’ll:
🔨Lead and inspire a team of apprentices and tradespeople on-site.
📋Interpret plans and confidently execute tasks, such as flicking out, erecting wall frames and trusses etc.
🏠 Deliver high-quality steel framing work, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
📍 Work across the Brisbane Greater Region, primarily servicing Ripley and Burpengary.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience with steel/timber framing in residential construction.
• Leadership Skills: Previous crew management experience or the drive to step into a leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Confidently interpret plans, flick out, erect trusses, and ensure high-quality finishes.
• Positive Attitude: Bring optimism and boost team morale on every project.
• Work Ethic: Be proactive, efficient, and committed to delivering exceptional results.

What You’ll Need

• ABN & GST Registration: Active ABN and proof of GST registration.
• Certificate III in Carpentry: Or equivalent qualification.
• Driver’s License & Reliable Vehicle: Must be capable of transporting tools.
• White Card: Current and valid.
