A leading Australian shade company is looking for an experienced Shade Installer to join our team! Work is primarily in Sydney and surrounding areas, with occasional travel to regional locations.

About the Projects:

• Commercial projects only – no residential work
• Install shade sails, structures and umbrellas
• Payment is based on project size
• Onsite training provided (if required)

About the Role:

• Digging and preparing footings for post installations
• Using a level to ensure accurate and secure positioning
• Erecting posts and tensioning fabric for a perfect fit
• Working with power tools and equipment such as bobcats and augers
• Site preparation, clean-up, and safety compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in shade sail installation, construction or similar trade (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to dig footings and work accurately with a level
• Comfortable using power tools and working at heights
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• White Card & Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (required or must be obtained)
• Current driver’s license
