Perfect role for an experience Architect or Technician who is an ArchiCAD extraordinaire!

Our client has an immediate need for a technically skilled professional to assist the team with the design development and documentation of a luxury, highly detailed residential extension for a celebrated client.

Still in early concept stages, you would be working through design development into construction documentation. Must be able to work autonomously, possess exceptional ArchiCAD skills and have a portfolio that showcases the depth of your detailing and delivery skills. Someone who loves resolving problems and really understands the nuts and bolts required to seamlessly deliver a highly detailed project!

Only required on a part-time basis (two days each week) for the next 6-8 weeks, this opportunity is perfect for someone seeking flexibility and stimulation. Whether you’re a sole practitioner who is keen to supplement your current income, or you’re currently in between jobs, this short-term contract offers a competitive hourly rate and the ability to influence the outcome of a stunning project in a highly sought after inner, bayside suburb of Melbourne.

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum of 8 years industry experience
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture (ARBV Registered ideal)
• Experience in high-end, luxury, detailed residential projects $10M+
• Outstanding ArchiCAD proficiency
• Enscape experience highly regarded
• Previous experience working in a Mac office environment
• Available to start by Monday 3 March as an independent contractor
