Welcome to The Farmers Arms Daylesford.

We are an iconic country pub, located in the beautiful and vibrant town of Daylesford (only an hour and twenty minutes from Melbourne). We are surrounded by fantastic, local produce and nestled in the fabulous Macedon wine region, offering some of the best food and wine in Regional Victoria.

But we are more than just your usual pub - offering elevated pub fare, great local beer and wines and professional, friendly and memorable service.

We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic person to join our management team.

We work on a flexible roster and can accomodate staff anywhere from two to ten shifts a week depending on what works for you.

Ideally you are a creative individual and a good communicator, with some management experience under your belt.

Desirable (but not necessary) qualities for applicants:

• Some bar experience
• Able to meet & greet customers
• Ability to have a chat to a customer and make them feel at home
• Strong customer focus
• Composed, swift & efficient
• Ability to hold their own section on the floor
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage
• Someone who leads by example
