We are on the hunt for a Senior Engagement & Retention Manager who is passionate about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of finance.

Let's kick off with what we are looking for:

• A background in Saas or Finance is essential
• A proven track record of building strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders and cross functional teams
• Ability to build comprehensive and commercial engagement strategies
• A people leader, who has experience managing high performing team to develop integrated campaigns across content, social, and CRM
• Experience designing and implementing end to end customer journeys
• Building tailored customer journey programmes
• Hands on experience using Salesforce
