About The Role

To become a member of the EAM global movers team, we are looking for outgoing and customer focused Drivers/ Removalists to take on a varied role. You will be out and about at a different location almost every day, largely working unsupervised, where no two days are rarely ever the same.

We can offer you at least 4 days work a week

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Minimum 1 year client-facing furniture removalist experience leading shifts.
• You can drive a 4.5 ton truck on a normal license
• You are punctual
• You have a car and live less than 30 minutes away from the Thomas town Depot
• You are available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday are our busiest days, you must be available for at least 2 of those days)
• A friendly, helpful, honest, and customer first focused can-do attitude.
• To be eager to learn, be proactive and to embrace change with a high level of professionalism.
• To be reliable, hard-working and there for your team mates.
• To care about your personal appearance and have a helpful friendly manner.
• Be physically fit; lifting and physical exertion is part of the role.

The duties will include:

• To focus on nothing other than your job during every removal.
• To read and complete all paperwork required.
• Making certain that customers goods are never lost or damaged.
• Careful packing and unpacking of customer effects.
• Loading and unloading vehicles and modules.
• To communicate regularly with the customer during uplift & delivery.
• Helping maintain clean and tidy vehicles, equipment, and warehouse.
