Qualifications & experience

• Opens drivers licence.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• Have the ability to take personal responsibility for your work.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
• Be self motivated and able to problem solve.
• Good communication skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Travel to client sites and provide exceptional service to their pools.
• Ensure pools are in best health and running efficiently by performing on-site water testing and adding chemicals as required to keep the pool maintained with a correct balance.
• Be able to work autonomously without supervision but also be able to work in a team environment when required
• Have a passion to learn and grow their knowledge.
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
