About the role

Toplink auto and smash repairs Pty ltd is seeking a full-time Spray Painter Labourer to join our team in Thornleigh, NSW. As a Spray Painter Labourer, you will play a key role in the maintenance and repair of vehicles, working alongside our skilled team of automotive professionals.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning
• Mixing and applying paint to vehicles using spray painting equipment
• Ensuring a high-quality finish by inspecting and correcting any imperfections
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Assisting with other general labouring duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a spray painting or automotive repair role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
• Basic knowledge of automotive paint and painting techniques
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
