The Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities and fuel the sales pipeline. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and qualifying leads for the sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and love connecting with people, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Lead Qualification: Understand business needs, assess fit, and hand off high-quality leads to the sales team.
- Relationship Building: Create strong connections with key decision-makers to drive interest and engagement.
- Pitching Solutions: Communicate the value of marketing automation tools and how they solve customer challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and marketing to refine outreach strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
What You'll Bring to the Role
- 1-3 years' experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive, engaging approach.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to hit and exceed targets.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical solutions.
- Experience in SaaS, marketing tech, or B2B sales is a huge plus.
