As a Team Leader you will lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of professionals to deliver outstanding customer service whilst they manage the claims process end to end. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance, supporting team development, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Claims Consultants.
  • Monitor team progress and provide regular feedback.
  • Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Work closely with senior management to implement strategies that meet business objectives.

What We're Looking for in You:

  • Proven leadership experience, ideally within the insurance, financial services or a similar sector.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving shared goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Positive and resilient, focused on delivering the best possible results
