Join a dedicated team that supports customers facing loss, due to fire, theft, vandalism, natural disasters (like floods or storms), and accidental damage within property and Motor Insurance.

As a Team Leader, you’ll guide and motivate your team to provide compassionate, efficient, and effective claims support.

Role Highlights:

Start Date: 17th March 2025

Location: Adelaide SA 5000

Pay Rate: $49.33 per hour + super

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (37.5 hours/week)

Duration: 12-month assignment

Equipment: Laptops provided

Training: Comprehensive 2-week onsite training

Lead, coach, and support a team of Claims Consultants managing end-to-end claims

Oversee high-volume customer interactions, ensuring compassionate and professional service

Guide your team in managing complex claims involving significant losses (e.g., fire, flooding, property damage)

Foster a culture of empathy, resilience, and customer-first service

Make informed decisions regarding claims, including issuing denial letters when necessary

Effectively navigate and de-escalate confrontational situations
