Purpose of the Position

Australian Dairy Park (ADP) is a subsidiary of Ausnutria Australia. ADP is a dairy business manufacturing formulated milk powders for infants, toddlers, and adults for domestic and overseas markets.

A Production Process Worker in the dairy industry, specifically in baby formula production, is responsible for operating equipment, following strict hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring high-quality product output. This role involves working in a controlled environment as well as Warehouse adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and contributing to the efficient and safe production of infant formula. You will be directly reporting to the Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and dispensing ingredients in an accurate and timely manner

Packing of finished units for each order including final inspection of products.

Labelling, inspection and sealing of compounded products

Maintaining and housekeeping of work area consumables

Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Adhering to ADP’s Standard Operating Procedures

Conduct quality inspections and monitoring to ensure packaged products meet all safety and regulatory standards

Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any packaging-related issues

Maintain detailed records and documentation related to all packaging activities in accordance with standard operating procedures and good manufacture practices

Adhere to all health, safety and environmental protocols within the production facility

Education and Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the industry, with a strong understanding of GMP documentation requirements, food regulations.
  • Previous exposure to the dairy industry FMCG manufacturing experience is desirable.
  • High school year 12 or equivalent qualification required;
