Oz Building and Construction Services is a supplying skilled workers to major civil construction projects across New South Wales. We are now hiring experienced Excavator Operators for an immediate start at Western Sydney Airport.

This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work with competitive pay rates, ongoing projects, and weekend/overtime options.

Excavator Operator Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in detailed excavation work on major civil construction sites
• White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Excavator VOC (Verification of Competency)
• Full PPE – hard hat, high-vis clothing, steel cap boots, gloves, and long pants
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow site safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
• Full working rights in Australia
