Our client is a large boutique Melbourne-based law firm with extensive experience across all Australian jurisdictions and a broad range of international matters. The role

Our client is looking to immediately fill a role within their Melbourne office. This is a not to miss opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer.

You will be involved in a range of commercial projects, including corporate restructuring and reorganisation, retail and commercial leasing and licensing, franchising, business, shares and assets acquisition and disposal in various sectors and general commercial drafting and advice.

You will be immediately exposed to high level and interesting work and will be working closely with a Senior Partner on a wide variety of matters.

You would ideally need to have a good solid level of experience from a reputable firm, and it is essential that you have a thorough understanding of your areas of expertise.
