Restore Movement Physiotherapy is a well-established allied health clinic on Warragul Road, Ashwood, offering physiotherapy, podiatry, exercise physiology, massage and clinical Pilates services. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and caring casual receptionist to work one shift per week and with the flexibility to increase to cover personal and annual leave

Key responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting clients in person, over the phone and via email
• Booking, changing and confirming appointments
• Processing payments through EFTPOS / HICAPS
• Communicating with patients, GP clinics and other organisations on behalf of physio staff
• Updating and maintaining patient records and information on the Clinic’s practice management software Nookal.

A little bit about you:

• Confident using computers and handling phone inquiries
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently as the sole receptionist
• Initially one shift per week, with potential to increase to two
• Availability for evening shifts (latest finish at 8 PM)
• Flexible to provide cover for annual and personal leave
• Availability to start immediately

The successful candidate will be provided with the necessary training in the clinic practice management software as required and policies and procedures for the practice.
