Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience in Xero? We are a small but growing construction company looking for a reliable Office Admin Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:
As an Office Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ General administrative support, including answering calls and emails
✔ Processing invoices, accounts payable/receivable using Xero
✔ Assisting with project documentation and compliance paperwork
✔ Coordinating schedules, bookings, and site requirements
✔ Maintaining office records and filing systems
✔ Other ad hoc duties to support the team

✅ About You:
Must have full working rights in Australia (no limitations)
Proficiency in Xero is essential
Previous experience in an administrative role (construction industry experience is a plus)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
