The Role

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is seeking to advance their finance career in Australia's largest premium Hotel. Join a supportive and knowledgeable team and gain exposure across a range of disciplines. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance, this role will see you primarily responsible for the supervision of accounts payable, as well as general ledger and end of month processing.

Responsibilities

• AP Management
• General ledger reconciliation
• Month end processing and reporting
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Assist with ensuring the accuracy of all account allocations
• Develop more junior team members as appropriate

To be Successful

• A degree in accounting/finance will be highly regarded
• Previous experience in finance, preferably within the hospitality industry
• You will have excellent written and communication skills
• Demonstrate time management skills
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Full unrestricted and ongoing Australian working rights
