We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to assist our marketing team's initiatives to drive brand awareness, engage our audience, and support the growth of our app.

In this role, you will be working alongside the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, essentially as their right-hand person. The core of your role will be in Marketing, but this does also mean that you will be exposed to Sales and Operations activities. You will work across digital, content, and social media marketing, plus much more. If you’re passionate about marketing and eager to grow with an innovative company, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for a candidate with strong marketing experience, but don’t worry—you’ll receive training on our specific software and processes. Adaptability is key, as this is a dynamic start-up environment where things can evolve quickly. If you’re a fast learner who thrives in change and variety, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work with the marketing team across all campaigns and activity.
• Maintain and update company websites, collaborating on new content creation.
• Manage CRM structure, automations, and marketing communications, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Liaise with the Tech team on app releases and integrations to ensure seamless communication with our app users.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners to enhance marketing efforts, including gathering testimonials.
• Manage social media accounts via Hootsuite, monitor engagement, and contribute to content planning.
• Assist in tracking key marketing metrics, producing reports, and analysing campaign performance.
• Support the wider Marketing and Sales team as needed, such as preparation for events or activations.
• Full-time role based in our Parramatta office.

What We’re Looking For:

💡 Problem-solver: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
🖥️ Tech-savvy: You are very proficient in using CRMs or database management systems, and have created automations and workflows previously.
🌟 Edit experience: You’re comfortable using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools to quickly edit images or videos when needed. While we have a dedicated designer, having the ability to make quick edits yourself is a valuable skill in this role. We support you in using whichever tools help you work efficiently, such as CapCut.
✏️ Natural copywriter: You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to whip up customer-friendly copy, as required. We support the use of AI to help you!
🤝 Team player: You work well with internal teams and external partners.
❤️ Excellence-seeker: You have a passion for providing exceptional work and going the extra mile to make it ‘great’.
🏠 BONUS Industry Experience: You must have a keen interest in the property and construction industry. If you have past experience within the home-building sector, this is a plus! If you don't, this will be taught.
