About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our team at SPL Care Pty Ltd & SPL Living Pty Ltd in Mayfield, NSW on a contract basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounts and administration support to ensure the smooth running of our finance operations.

What you'll be doing

• Processing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
• Weekly invoicing for Housing & accounts receivable housekeeping
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies and procedures
• Adhoc administrative & accounts duties as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar finance role
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
• Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
