About the role

This is a Casual position

We are looking for passionate and highly dedicated Chefs to join the culinary team within our main kitchen in the Claremont Showground. Experienced hardworking Chefs and Cooks with a passion for food. love and able to do fine food but also enjoy making sandwiches!

Require working on prep or functions service, including Wedding, music event, corporate etc. mainly in Perth metro area

This is not the usual day to day a la carte service, every day is different in Ultimo!

• Be a passionate chef eager to share your knowledge and learn new skills
• Hold relevant qualifications
• Maintain consistent high quality standards
• Have strong work ethics
• Have flexibility and availability to work across rotating roster including evenings, week days and weekends
• Working rights in Australia
• Own transport (desirable but not compulsory)
