Payrate: $32-$40

Shift times: Morning (6am - 2pm) Afternoon (2pm - 10pm)

About the Role:
As a Process Worker, you'll be essential in the food production process, ensuring products are made to the highest standards, efficiently and safely. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to hygiene, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure ingredients are fresh and stored correctly
• Report any issues or discrepancies promptly
• Package products in line with company standards
• Keep your work area clean and sanitized
• Follow all safety and hygiene regulations
• Dispose of waste according to company procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Experience in food production or hospitality is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and operate machinery
• Good physical fitness for lifting and handling materials
• Knowledge of food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards
