Are you looking to join a dynamic and growing team? Our client is a leading manufacturer in the glass industry, and is seeking dedicated and reliable Process Workers to join our team at their factory located in the North Western suburbs.

Day shift is available, hours are from 6am – 2pm Monday to Thursday, and on Fridays the shifts end early at 1.10pm.

Day by day basis for overtime and some Saturday work may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery and equipment to cut, shape, and finish glass products.
• Handling, inspecting, and processing glass to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assisting with loading and unloading materials.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Performing general production tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, or production environment (preferred but not essential).
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
