The Company
The organisation is a Melbourne-based convenience retailer, which has a national footprint.
The Role
Working closely with the senior leadership team, the primary focus of your role is driving the retail plan, enhancing customer offering and procurement management.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Key contributor to the formulation of retail strategy and implementation.
- Working with Area Managers to drive sales and innovation.
- Best practice procurement and contract management.
- Supplier relationship management.
- Benchmarking productivity.
- Management advisory.
- Analysing the effectiveness of systems and processes and driving change and innovation
Experience Required
The preferred candidate will hold relevant tertiary qualifications and relevant experience in the retail sector. You will have had previous success in driving growth and implementing retail plans.
In addition, to your practical experience, you will possess high level communication and negotiation skills.
