About the role
As a Data Analyst within ART Life Insurance, you'll work closely with Senior Analysts to analyse key system and performance data. Your insights will help us enhance our business performance and support the development of dashboards, reports, and data extracts.
Day to day, you'll:
- Contribute to advanced analytics and reporting products to provide business performance insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key areas for analysis and document requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of operational metrics to establish trends and insights.
- Utilise external data sources to complement internal datasets and identify performance risks and opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and data to internal stakeholders.
About you
You can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance. You're not just a number cruncher; you understand the bigger picture, collaborate with stakeholders, and use your analytical skills to uncover opportunities and mitigate risks.
- You have well-developed analytical thinking with numerical and data problem-solving skills.
- You're able to quickly understand business unit operations and insurance systems.
- You have Intermediate SQL skills with experience in an enterprise context.
- You have expertise with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- You have experience leveraging both structured and unstructured data sources.
- You're able to manage competing priorities and understand business processes and data structures.
