About the Role:

As Principal Civil Engineer, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of talented engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the delivery of a diverse range of civil engineering projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Cultivate and expand existing client relationships, while actively identifying new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the company, playing a key role in shaping its future direction.
• Leverage your strong network and personal brand to enhance the company's reputation and market presence.

About You:

• You are a highly experienced Civil Engineer with a strong track record in the Sydney market.
• You possess a recognized engineering degree and hold relevant professional certifications.
• You have a proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• You are a "doer" who is comfortable with hands-on involvement in projects while also providing strategic oversight.
• You have established strong relationships within the Sydney engineering community and have actively built your personal brand.
• You are ambitious and driven, with a desire to take on greater responsibility and contribute to the success of the company.
• CPEng and preferably a Design Practitioner
