We are a not-for-profit registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider. Our Head Office is based in Wagga Wagga but we are located throughout the Riverina Murray region.
About the Opportunity
We have a rare opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to join our management team and lead our Therapy Plus service. With centres in Wagga Wagga, Griffith, Leeton, Narrandera and Tumut, Kurrajong Therapy Plus delivers Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Telehealth and ECEI Education supports to over 450 clients across the region.
As the Manager - Kurrajong Therapy Plus, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the service encompassing staffing, training, development, customer satisfaction, quality services and financial accountabilities.
Reporting directly to the General Manager – Client Services, key responsibilities will include:
- Drive a positive workplace culture. Our goal is to achieve positive outcomes for both staff and clients.
- Provide strategic and operational direction and leadership to build a culture of teamwork, achievement and accountability.
- Submission writing and grant applications as required.
- Manage resources, projects and staffing to maximise achievement of client goals, staff development goals and to meet service outcomes.
- Empower and support staff in the day to day roles to help them achieve their own professional and organisational goals.
- Develop, monitor and oversee the operational and capital budgets. Implement strategies to mitigate financial risks, maintain financial sustainability and achieve growth targets.
Importantly, you must demonstrate a real passion to make a positive difference for people with disability.
Essential Criteria
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Allied Health, Education, Disability, or a related field, or demonstrate extensive equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, preferably within disability or allied health services.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of supporting staff to achieve KPIs.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies that enhance client outcomes and service efficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with families, carers, and community organisations.
- Strong financial and operational management skills, with experience in budget oversight.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Although an advantage, clinical experience is not a pre-requisite of this role.

This position is remunerated at a total salary package of circa $154,000 based on experience, comprising salary, superannuation, fully maintained private use vehicle, income protection insurance and annual leave loading.
