About the role:
- Provide clinical leadership in paediatric allied health services, using advanced skills in your specialty and extended expertise across disciplines for diagnosis and case management.
- Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to develop, implement, and evaluate Clinical Pathways addressing complex patient needs, aligned with strategic KPIs.
- Lead the development of referral management processes for coordinated access to services.
- Work with Allied Health Professional Directors to ensure workforce sustainability, skill development, and succession planning to improve patient care quality and outcomes.

- Mandatory possession of an Allied Health qualification in:
- Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility for professional membership of the relevant professional association.
- Demonstrated ability to apply contemporary advanced-level knowledge, expertise and skills in Paediatric and Child Development Services.
- Ability to provide clinical practice supervision and support to multi-disciplinary Allied Health clinicians and students and the operational workforce at a service wide level.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $172,615 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $73.12 - $76.30 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
