About us:
Since Little Lane Early Learning Centre's launch in Melbourne in 2018, we have been providing quality early childhood education and care to the local community. We are committed to providing an inclusive environment for children and families whilst delivering a unique Kindergarten Program that focuses on children’s strengths and interests.
Our philosophy and practice will be strongly based on a socio-cultural theory; building strong, authentic and respectful relationships with each child and their family to truly understand and support their individual learning and developmental journey.

The Role
An exciting opportunity is on offer for an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to join our friendly team of Educators. This is a permanent full-time position working across 5 days.
You will have extensive experience managing high quality early learning centres and a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, including impeccable written and verbal communication. With ease, you will foster warm and caring relationships with children and families
Skills & Experience
- A current Working with Children Check (VIC)
- Full Australian work rights
- A minimum of a Diploma and/or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Experience managing a centre through A&R will be highly favourable
- Minimum of 2 years' previous experience as a Centre Manager
- Strong knowledge of EYLF
- Strong Knowledge of the NQF, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Excellent personal presentation
