We are looking for someone with great Centre Management experience and experience with Regulations, Policies and in an Independent Service.
The Centre:
Anzuk education is working with the management team of one of Melbourne's leading Early Childhood Services.
The service is a welcoming facility with a commitment to excellence in early childhood education and care. The service celebrates and embraces the natural wonder of children’s curious minds and endeavors to cultivate a life-long interest in learning. The welfare of the children is at the core of this services' values which has enabled them to have very low staff turnover. This in turn has enabled them to provide a supportive environment to their educators as well as offering a stable learning environment for the children in their care.
The Role:
As the Director, you will lead and support the team with the development of high quality programs.
You will be drawing on your previous experience and passion for the early childhood sector to oversee staffing, daily routines, policy and regulation changes and develop excellent relationships with the parents while ensuring that the centre is providing the highest caliber of care and striving for more.
You will use your previous experience in a similar role to ensure the high standards of the centre are maintained and using your interpersonal skills to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for children, families and educators. You will be supported by an experienced 2IC and an excellent leadership team to share ideas and experiences with.
What you need...
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager
- Experience in an Independent Centre
- Experience with Policies and Regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong experience in compliance and regulations
- Ability to build positive relationships with Children, Families and Colleagues
- Right to work in Australia.
Qualifications:
- Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification.
- WWCC or VIT.
- Right to work in Australia.
