A position is available for a Disability Support Worker working in our Business Service team. The position is full time, with the possibility of job share of two part time positions for the right candidates.

Disability Support Workers at Business Services provide support to Employees on a Supported Wage in the work environment. The successful applicant/s will be flexible and willing to perform a range of small business administration tasks, and assist our supported workforce to develop and maintain the skills associated with their employment.

The role is classified as Level 2 under SCHCDS Award. We offer opportunities to salary sacrifice so you can increase your take home pay.

About us: Multitask’s Business Services employs Supported Employees to work in 6 different businesses. We require Support Workers who preferably have some experience in coordinating and supporting groups of people to perform a range of activities. You will be required to train and provide support to Supported Employees to perform their work roles.

• A current First Aid Certificate
• A current Driver’s Licence
• A current Forklift Licence
• Demonstrated ability to support staff training and development and promote adherence to policies and procedures.
• Experience with supporting people in areas such as personal care, health and wellbeing, active community participation and skill development.
• Understanding and commitment to Disability Services Act and Standards, Work Health and Safety and Equal Opportunity.
• Computer literate: intermediate competency with the Microsoft Suite & be comfortable with data entry.
