Salary: $90K - $120K depending on experience. Location: North Brisbane/Moreton Bay Full-time & part-time options available Occupational Therapist wanted
Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with at least 1-2 years experience or an experienced Therapist interested in a unique & flexible role offering a mix between NDIS, DVA, Private and an Aged Care caseload? Do you have a passion for therapy services and genuinely want to make a difference?
About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll be working across a diverse caseload, supporting clients within the; NDIS, community, and private practice settings. The role will be both mobile in the community & Telehealth from home.

Your responsibilities will include:
✅Assessments & Therapy – Conduct functional, sensory, and assistive technology assessments tailored to client needs
✅NDIS & Community Care – Work with adults & children to improve daily living skills, independence, and participation
✅Assistive Technology & Home Modifications – Prescribe and facilitate equipment and modifications to enhance mobility and function
✅Multidisciplinary Collaboration – Work alongside other Allied Health professionals, Case Managers, Support Workers & other stakeholders within the community or via Telehealth for holistic & collaborative care approach.

✅Evidence-Based Practice – Implement interventions supported by research & practice to ensure the best client outcomes.
✅Ability to refer to other allied health disciplines when required.
Caseloads include: Mental health conditions & therapy, Physical conditions & therapy, Chronic conditions,Neurological disorders, Neurodivergent individuals, Developmental delays.
What You Need:
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy & AHPRA registration
- Strong passion for working with individuals of all abilities
- Excellent communication, time management & teamwork skills Strong attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Driver’s License & access to a reliable vehicle
