What the role involves:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Oversee onsite operations, project scheduling, team collaboration
• Management of work crews, plant, safety and planning
• Promote positive safety culture within the teams
• Attention to detail
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and build positive relationships with stakeholders and team members of all levels
• Good communication skills
• Located in Bathurst NSW, preferable.
