About the Role
Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences? We’re looking for warm, professional, and proactive Guest Services Agents to join our Front Office Team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth arrivals, seamless stays, and fond farewells. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making people feel welcome, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic hospitality setting. Multiple positions available in a full time, part time or casual capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and payments efficiently
  • Provide friendly and professional service at the front desk
  • Manage reservations, enquiries, and switchboard operations
  • Assist with special requests, VIP arrangements, and interdepartmental coordination
  • Take room service orders, restaurant bookings, and handle guest concerns
  • Promote hotel products and services to enhance the guest experience
  • Support concierge duties, including valet parking and luggage assistance when needed

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in reception, front desk, reservations, or customer service roles
  • A background in hospitality is advantageous, but a passion for service is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive work ethic
  • Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
  • High standard of personal grooming and professional presentation
  • Experience with Opera Cloud or similar property management systems (highly regarded)
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
