About the Role – Your Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide exceptional customer service and support to all patients
✅ Dispense prescriptions in line with Pharmacy Board standards
✅ Lead and mentor the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations (ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role)

What We're Looking For – Skills & Experience:

✔️ Bachelor or Master of Pharmacy qualification & current AHPRA registration
✔️ Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
✔️ Interest in professional services and continuous learning
✔️ 1 year of experience leading a small team (preferred but not required)

💰 $50 - $55 per hour (based on experience)
