Infrastructure Portfolio Manager

Join Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) as an Infrastructure Portfolio Manager and play a critical role in overseeing the management of Queensland's correctional infrastructure portfolio. This challenging and rewarding role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

As an experienced professional, you will provide expert guidance on resource allocation, portfolio performance, and strategic management of the department's property portfolio. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and maintaining the annual Infrastructure business plan, aligned with the department's strategic direction.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities, coordinate activities, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review and analyze complex information, providing comprehensive insights to inform decision-making
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to author and edit complex written submissions, policy and practice documents, and high-level reports
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

While not mandatory, desirable attributes include business administration qualifications, project management experience or certification, and facilities management or construction industry experience.
