Primary Function:

As the Receptionist / customer service officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our RTO. From maintaining training facilities to providing exceptional customer service, your contributions will directly impact the success of our programs and the satisfaction of our students.

Responsibilities:

- Keep training rooms and work areas clean, tidy, and presentable.

- Assist with promoting training programs

- Address course inquiries from students through phone and in-person communication.

- Coordinate student bookings for upcoming courses and provide necessary support to the Training Coordinator.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure completion of necessary documentation.

- Follow up with students regarding enrolment and course completion.

- Provide regular reports on training progress to management.

- Assist students with resume updates and job applications if needed.

- Participate in occupational health and safety measures to ensure a safe learning environment.

- Uphold company values and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.

- Support general administrative tasks and office management as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in administration and customer service roles preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a positive work environment.
