About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join the team in the South East Suburb of Melbourne! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems, conducting preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting faults to minimize downtime. What Do We Offer:

• Permanent full time opportunity with a global food manufacturing company
• $49-$50/hour + Super + Shift Loading
• Rotating between morning and afternoon shift, on call for weekends for extra pay
• Friendly and close-knitted team

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to ensure minimal disruption
• Install, test, and upgrade electrical components as required
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Electrician with relevant trade certifications (e.g., Electrical Licence)
• Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems within the Food OR FMCG environment
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
