The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of diverse clients across various industries, including SMEs, family businesses, and corporate groups.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and advisory work for a range of entity structures.
• Mentor and develop a team of accountants, providing guidance and technical support.
• Identify opportunities for strategic business advisory and tax planning.
• Ensure compliance with ATO and legislative requirements while implementing tax-effective strategies.
• Work closely with senior staff and Partners, contributing to the firm’s growth and innovation.

About You:

• CA/CPA qualified.
• Strong experience in business services, taxation, and advisory within a public practice setting.
• Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and deliver strategic solutions.
• Experience in mentoring and leading a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, Excel, and tax research tools.
