About the role

Birch Constructions vic' is seeking an experienced Aluminium fabricator and glazier to join our team in Cranbourne West, VIC. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in the construction and installation of high-quality aluminium windows, doors and glazing solutions for residential and commercial projects.

What you'll be doing

• Fabricating and assembling aluminium frames to precise specifications.
• Installing and glazing windows, doors and other glazed structures on construction sites
• Performing quality checks and making adjustments to ensure a flawless finish
• Maintaining tools and equipment to a high standard
• Collaborating with the wider construction team to deliver projects on time and to budget

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an aluminium fabricator and glazier, ideally within the construction industry
• Strong technical skills in measuring, cutting and assembling aluminium frames
• Proficient in handling and installing glass, mirrors and other glazing materials
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• A current driver's license and reliable transportation
