We are a leading window manufacturer in regional Victoria. Due to the strong growth of our company, an additional position now exists for the right person in our Commercial Department.

In order to be successful, you must have Commercial Aluminium Window and Door manufacturing experience.

This role includes:-

• CNC Machining and Fabrication and assembly of windows and doors.
• The ability to deliver quality products to our customers.
• Being responsible for the machining process.
• Cutting and processing of aluminium.
• Ability to problem solve using a “can do” attitude.
• Perform daily tasks in line with factory objectives.
• Display a focus towards quality workmanship.
• Strong technical skills with a high level of attention to detail.

You will be reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.

Skills and Experience

• Proven skill and knowledge of manufacturing of commercial windows
• Machining and cutting of aluminium profiles
• Previous leadership credentials.
• Alspec/Capral/Darley extrusion knowledge
• CNC machining experience an advantage
• interpret shop drawings, plans, production orders and optimise cutting plans
